Your smile is our passion, and we're here to help you preserve it for a lifetime.

A Periodontist is a dentist who specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment of periodontal (gum) disease, and the placement and maintenance of dental implants. We treat the supporting structures of the teeth including the gums, roots, and bone.

Periodontists are experts in the treatment of all forms of periodontal disease including gingivitis, periodontitis, and gingival recession. Diagnosis is very important and emphasis is placed on prevention.

Our goal is to assure that the foundation is adequate for dental restorations such as crown, bridges, or dentures. We will also help you understand if other health factors are involved in your periodontal disease, such as, cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease or diabetes.

Laser Dentistry with PerioLase®

With the help of the LANAP® & LAPIP™ protocols, moderate-to-severe gum disease can be treated with a laser-based approach, which eliminates the need for cutting and suturing.

Dental implants are frequently the best treatment option for replacing missing teeth. If properly cared for, dental implants can last a lifetime.

Periodontal Maintenance

Crown Lengthening

A hands-on approach to maintain your oral hygiene, our periodontal maintenance includes the removal of plaque, calculus, and surface stains.

Crown lengthening is a common procedure routinely performed to re-contour gum tissue and bone.

Scaling and Root Planing

Acute periodontal (gum) disease sometimes requires a special kind of gum therapy. This service cleans beneath the gum line to remove plaque and tartar.

Flap Surgery

Performed to remove tartar deposits in deep gum tissue pockets to make it easier for you and your dental professional to keep them clean.
